Hi guys,
does anyone know if there is a way to skip through your recorded program quicker than just via the fast forward? I mean if you watch half of a long recording can you bookmark it or can you skip to a certain time etc. I know I'm being optimistic here.

**DOH! - Ok sorry I've just worked it out. If you pause it you can then use left or right arrows to scroll across the time bar.
