MPPS, need add pin in ecu connector.

thank you min2xx .
m1.5.5 how to write?

add boot pin in empty hole in ecu connector put it to gnd and you are done
have fun You have PM

this ecu written only in boot mode
There's a lot of false information about the M1.5.5 on the internet, including this thread.
This is a text I put together for an Alfisti some time ago:
There is some information on the M1.5.5 on the Internet, but much of it is misunderstandings so it took me some time to put all pieces of information together. The M1.5.5 has no true bootloader mode. It can only be updated through the ECU software, not directly to the microcontroller like the ME3.1 or ME7.3.1. That means that if something goes wrong during the update, or if you upload the wrong type of file then your M1.5.5 will be destroyed. Also you cannot read the M1.5.5. You must find the correct file on the Internet before you can make it virgin or immo off.
When uploading files to the M1.5.5 the file must be in BCB-format. VERY IMPORTANT! You can tell if the file is BCB by opening it in a hex-editor right in the beginning it should read "BCB Type1 (C) R.Bosch GmbH' ". I didn't do my homework properly and uploaded a BIN-file, an now my experimental M1.5.5 is dead.
To be able to update the M1.5.5 it must either be in the car with the correct immobox connected, OR you must trick the ECU to think that it is virgin by opening it up and grounding a certain pad in the ECU. Now this is a hybrid ECU so it's very easy to damage the thin bond wires if you're not very careful. I made a special rig (see picture) for grounding the pad.
To make it virgin or immo off you first upload a special file that changes the eeprom (often called COD-file). Then you reflash the ECU with the original file.

Great may be not all ecus have boot pin on the connector but i make more than 20 cars with immo problems and put immo off files on it just with adding one pin to connector without any opening and using special frames , excuse me if i am wrong this is just my own experience !
Best regards !
As I wrote erlier: It works as you say in the car but not on the bench.
Also, grounding the pin in the connector does not put the ECU microcontroller in boatloader mode as many people claim. It's just a "programming enable" pin, originally designed for the ability to update the ECU firmware in the car.
The M1.5.5 has a C509L microcontroller and it can be put in boatstrap mode by putting pad PRGEN high and do a reset. The problem is that so far I found no documentation on the bare chip MCU so I don't know which pad is PRGEN. Next problem is to connect to the pad on the bare chip without damaging any bond wires.

here we are ,if you can tell as what pin of the connector is the boot pin so will not need to open the ecu ?????
As I wrote begore in this thread, there is no boot mode pin. But pin 10 in the ECU is a "update software enable" pin (+12V).
If the ECU is in the car with the immobox and a valid key you can update the ECU this way. On the bench you need to open the ECU and trick the ECU that it is virign as described earlier.
