    I read and write m1.5.5 from alfa 156 via pin connection without boot mode, and work make immo off with immo universal decoder 3.2, is tested from me

    Hi guys,
    I wanted to program my ECU M1.5.5
    of an alpha 156 1.6 Twin Spark 120CV
    inserting the 1.8 TS 144CV engine file.
    With the ECM software the memory addresses are all correspondent;
    I wonder if it is possible to do this programming or if I can do harm ...

    At home I have an ECU M1.5.5 1.4 TS 103 hp and its ECU CODE,
    I could possibly do the tests on this?

    with valid key you mean? Valid to immo? I want to replace ecu because of a problem with it and keys are fine.

    If the ECU is in the car with the immobox and a valid key you can update the ECU this way. On the bench you need to open the ECU and trick the ECU that it is virign as described earlier.

    I did the test: perfectly successful programming ... Let's see in the coming days if pin 33 works for variable geometry ....

    Hi,
    I got an alfa romeo gtv with ecu m1.5.5 which was bad and a new one purchase, thus need to be learn to immo.
    I have read through your post, learn a lot but a bit confused
    ***Suppose I wand to put the ecu virgin (assuming it would be in self learning mode and thus auto register immo data).
    -if an off vehicle I would have to open ecu connect ecu to -/+ and add ground to boot pin inside the ecu( but for how long to completely virgin it)
    -if an on the vehicle, add +12v to pin 10 to boot and virgin the ecu( for how long)

    My friend you can do it very easy on the bench....I made so far more than 20, all of them out of car. Just you have to know what exactly must connect and where and of course to use official programs not clones... For example Galeto its a toy, not a program. As concern the .BCB file this is only for Titanium decoding in order to recreate the checksum.

    the file cannot be read ... you must have the original file that you will modify and reprogramme on the ecu. To reprogram you have to give + 12V to pin 10 to enable programming

Puede saber si el archivo es BCB abriéndolo en un editor hexadecimal justo al principio, debería leer "BCB Type1 (C) R.Bosch GmbH'". No hice mi tarea correctamente y cargué un archivo BIN, y ahora mi M1.5.5 experimental está muerto.
    Para poder actualizar el M1.5.5, debe estar en el automóvil con el immobox correcto conectado, O debe engañar a la ECU para que piense que es virgen abriéndola y conectando a tierra una determinada almohadilla en la ECU. Ahora, esta es una ECU híbrida, por lo que es muy fácil dañar los cables de unión delgados si no tiene mucho cuidado. Hice una plataforma especial (ver imagen) para conectar a tierra la plataforma.
    Para hacerlo virgen o immo, primero carga un archivo especial que cambia la eeprom (a menudo llamado archivo COD). Luego vuelves a flashear la ECU con el archivo original.
