Default 2013 Ford Focus Key programming

Hello, I am working on a 2013 ford focus, I need to program smart keys. Does anybody know a correct procedure of programming keys when all keys were lost?
The problem Im having is that first part programs fine, the key chip in steering column, but the second part, the smart remot does not program. Im using IDS v 86 with original VCM2. The program tells me to press and hold unlock button for 6 seconds. IDS time runs out and it tells me it was unsuccessful. This is a second ford focus that I am having same issues.
Please share if you know how its done.

    Thank you.

You must have at least two keys to program.
AD states that the unlock button on the remote must be pressed for 15 seconds when prompted.

    LE:
From the video posted on their site it say that when programing a remote the others to be coded must be outside the car.

2011 and 2012 model keys are different from 2013, I have done those before with no problem. It is only the new models that I am unable to do for some reason...
