The new softcam key don't work TM5402HD loaded with a latest patch.

Hi. What you talking about?? Working ok on TM5402 patch 133. Try and enter Bulsat keys manually otherwise.

you can load the softcam.key file easily enough on the 5402 by just updating via USB, the latest softcam.key file posted by myself has been tried and tested on a 5402 receiver

all included within the softcam.key file which you should open with notepad and look down the list for the 3.1 east Biss keys
