I want to set the epg up via my lappy, in a way that suits me. how do i do it

Are you wanting to edit your own channel list? If so use dreamboxedit or dreamset.

ah you want to ftp the channel list from lappy to box,no wonder i did not understand having epg on lappy .

Couldn't remember so couldn't really explain , now i can't remember to to load epg unto dreambox edit .

channel list download to desktop and open it then run dbedit,make sure ip is correct to connect.
