Speak with them some time ago because want to buy gm-tech device(on site says that is best quality on the market) but finally dont buy it because dont like ther atention.

Since i have one chines seller,
If i want original or clone i buy from my seller,
If my seller dont have it.he tried to get it at a different place
He as being my seller for about 4years now.
He is a good a seller.
He tries he's best explain the product am buying very well for me,
If the product as two manufactures he always choose the right one from.

Place my order November-30-2014 paid for DHL delivery nothing happen til December 9-2014 try to contact them by Skype, MSN emails numerous times no response.
filed complaint with PayPal they never response to paypal emails. They have no money in PayPal account so paypal find excuse that the claim was invalid.
Got email from obdiigroup today that they will ship my order after paypal releases they account. I think they just playing some kind of game.
I did not know that this is same company as ecutools, had problems with them 3-4 years back never purchase from them again, also maybe that is why they screwing me up.
Need to Find reliable company to deal with.

by the sounds of it he left it far too long to file a claim and emailed them instead, if its near 45 days open a case.. simples

also if you paid via credit card/visa you can always start a chargeback guaranteed to win a none receipt case

PayPal reject the claim they cannot recover the money from them.

I never heard about a case like this and find it hard to believe. I always been able to get my refunds in items not being delivered.

Few years ago, my friend had 0usd balance on paypal and someone chargebacked him, he got negative balance and account partially locked but the person that chargebacked him got the money. Unless they changed their policies, or it has to do with the high amount of cash involved.

Goods usually dispatch out within 24 hours with tracking number.

I order digiprog yesterday and I paid by credit card via paypal, paypal has confirm the payments accepted, today I have received email from sales uobd2 that I need to register with paypal and when I checked there website my order is not in the folder.
I emailed them that I do not like paypal, I always pay by credit card and paypal accepted it and you should ship the tool as soon as possible.
I will keep you posted, when gwee gave reassurance this company is trustworthy that’s why I ordered with them.

UOBD2 was a good company , my favorite one but since sometimes its coming a bad company and make you whait all the night to get assistance , even my sellers that was Angela or Zyan on skype have started to be really long to get help or even answer for update even when you need token last time they sended me tokken code 1 week after i payed by paypal.
Last time i ordered VCM with them and sended me a REAL POOR quality the one with red relays it never worked and maked me wake-up 3 night and changing 2 PC and at the end it worked but only with v134 and with no others and do not want to change it because they claim v134 still support 2014 models ! only Bullsh*t !
Get another one from another seller a real hight quality clone and work with v139 like a CHARM !!
I really do not know what is happening with them .
