I am having an issue with a Sharingkey order - I finally got an answer and they claim the logos caused it to be held up by their forwarder in HK and they have to resend. I have never had an issue with them in the past but their communication isn't always stellar. Will advise when the tracking number works or the order shows up


Edit: package finally showed up but was missing one of the items. I have ordered from them a bunch of times and this is only the second time something was missing, the last time they refunded the difference. I wanted to make another order if they can get it shipped to me, hopefully they'll send them then.....

Something must have changed during last month, cause when I bought some lishi tools in January, everything was great. The contact before payment and after payment was good. They send the package within 24 hours after payment confirmation. I got tracking number immediately along with shipping confirmation. All was good (exept of old version of HU43 pick which doesn't work and need to be modified - thanks Martin aka Rapidlocksmith for information) so i decided to buy more. At first, after like 4 days after payment, the order status was still 'processing' so I decided to ask what is going on. After next 3 days (so we have 7 days) they answered that the one of ordered picks is out of stock (if so, why informing me after a week... If I would know, i'd buy from another supplier because I wnted it in 3 weeks maximum) and after some hours when I replied on that mail, they told that the pick just arrived and my package will be shipped tomorrow. Since 'tomorrow' I wait 2 daus and no information about shipping at all.

Some peugeot keys that i order i recive different ( i order 0523 and i recive 0536 )
15benz keys that cost 675$ and they said that will send me when they are in stock bun never send tham to me it is beeing 7 months
I ask for refound and i allways get same answer tomorrow tomorrow
I ask to send me money with WU and they told me that my country is not listed in WesterUnion very funny becouse i send money from my country

Ordered tool last week paid with credit card they told me after a week that tool is out of stock, they have not even bothered to reply or refund me. I have told them they will be reported for theft to credit card company.

Since I started buying from aliexpress and alibaba never had an issue for the last 5 years only this time I wanted to get the tool in a hurry because customer car was stuck in the garage so I decided to buy from obdtool.co.uk and I just could not believe it, keep finding excuse item not in stock, told them to return the money not responding.

Seem good. assume different company.

Now to moan at DHL - this company expects instant payment on import duties. Some one from India phoned me up - she could hardly say "DHL" let alone explain herself.
