Chinese Sellers - Review

I finally received my third order from Sharingkey - they missed an item (about 1/5th of the order) in the first order and I was planning on making a second one anyways so they said they would include it....they sent the wrong one that time. They sent me out the missing pieces in a third order at no cost to me. I have had issues getting tracking numbers and it takes forever to get them shipped (they said they're having trouble getting stuff to HK for dhl) but once it is picked up in HK it comes in 2 days to Canada.

It has been very frustrating but the quality has probably improved over what they used to offer in the past and this is the first time I have ever had any real issues with them. Given their response and willingness to make it right, I will buy from them again but not anything I need right away. I also use autokeys.us but sharingkey had a few items that autokeys didn't have in stock at the time.

Had a little hiccup with aobd2shop, used to be chinasinoy, short one item in my last order. They are currently answering email, so I'm hopeful things will work out. First time with any problems, I will follow up when I know more.

Never any problems with these 2.
And sometimes apollo-auto for some odd stuff that autokeys don't have.

Sharing key in the last year got very poor costumer service , I would recommend on honrow company , cheap and very good costumer service

I had a similar issue with sharingkey - have used them for a few years without incident and now had full of problems BUT they always sent products (and resent when items were missing). Use skype messenger to try to get a hold of them and see where the package is. The first order took almost a month but once it got to HK the tracking number showed up on DHL and package arrived in a couple of days. They claimed it was an issue with getting stuff to HK but I haven't heard of any other companies with the same problems. I don't think I'll need to order again for a few months, will wait and see how they play out.

Alternatively are Apollo ok for the AK200/AK300 fobs ???

As told before hk sharing been very bad in the last year
I ordered from Apollo last month and it took almost 2 weeks to ship, I prefer honrow for basic keys and remotes

I just ordered a small order from Apollo and it shipped within a couple of days, I had everything within a week. Their quality is far inferior to autokeys.us or sharingkey. I ordered for a few oddball things and since sharingkey has been taking forever (autokeys.us didn't have stock on their site for some things I wanted). I used to order from Sharingkey all the time but have had huge delays and had to harass them to get the packages. When the sharingkey packages did arrive the quality is there for what it's worth

My expirience bad ones www.gocardiag.com before some time was ok, looks like fabrics lowered quality.
Had tool worked on 4 cars and droped dead, send back, got replacement new and wasn't working again, send back again to get refund.. bad bad bad!

Update as promised- they worked with me, sent me the item, very happy with the results. Apple is the one I worked with, and seemed to be very concerned to make it right. They are not cheapest, don't have everything, but I have no hesitation now ordering from them. Al

Quality is the foremost important factor to me - so i use UK companies normally.
Saying that non of us are daft here on DK we want best deal we can. And some just can't buy in UK

Also another point is whether the UK company actually adds anything -service, or is it just marking up

Worth a gamble manybe!! ???
