Bottom line once they find out you bought using credit card they will not mess you, any other payments you are looking for trouble…..

Anybody had experience with https://www.uobdii.com stuff breaking for no apparent reason within a few months?
I now have 5 different peaces of scrap i bought from them.
Some where DOA but most died within a year.
Mind you I am an "enthusiast" so I am using this stuff very rarely.

It must be said that they did reply to my support inquires but where not very knowledgeable in solving issues.
There were also some wrong specifications of items, VCX NANO GM for example does not work on anything else then HS CAN.

I am looking at http://www.obdexpress.co.uk/ and they have almost identical website and items as UOBDII?
Cloned company of a company selling cloned tools?
Brilliant!

UOBD2 is to my opinion the largest reseller export company. If you buy from somewhere else you will probably buy something that was distributed by them through a third or forth reseller. Most of the specialized tool stores like some of Xhorse websites are their too.

And since they are a seller, they don't make the tools so if it broke it's not their fault but they will help you fix it. Just send to them.

Guy who friend requested me on facebook and sells diag from Asia. VVDI Prog and 2 +13 activations(supposedly) for 22.2 shipped to states. Says price will go up by end of Oct from distributor. Will believe that when I see it, but have been putting them off for a while so can't blame them. Says it arrives in about one week to west coast. Lets see..

Edit: Received VVDI2 full, prog, and eis ies bench test cables. Only thing that was bad was seller said it came with Toy H authorization but it did not. Has everything else and I don't see another VVDI2 sold online that comes with H so maybe was being naive thinking it would come with that. Guy goes by Chen Qihua and posts in the FB LS groups like other sellers. Anyway, worked out fine it would seem.

Usualy i am quiet happy with the products, and service of almost all orders i made on aliexpress.

This time, i ordered some Iveco gt10 keys, the inner groove was so undeep.
No way to get them fitted to enter a keyway.
So i opened a dialogue with the seller, requesting my money back.
Then they asked for the return of the product.
I asked them for a return shipping adress,

Now the status and time to dispute or get refund is closed.

if this a aliexpress general thing, stalling instead of fixing.

I am happy with sellers like obdexpress and honrow, never a problem in all these years.

I have been telling aliexpress those sellers who mess around selling on aliexpress they should be banned for ever, the other issue after you have paid for item they do not bother to ship the order and they should also be banned for ever, after the payment they should ship orders in the next 48 hours.

Yes, Aliexpress sellers always try to talk you out of using the normal procedure and stall and make fake promises. Just don't write the seler at all and open the dispute - you have two weeks after you have confirmed receiving. It is the normal way of solving the problems. It won't kill them, even though they act like it!

I was talking to credit card company this morning and they have confirm to me that we will always refund the money if any thing goes wrong bought only via credit cards as a good gesture the only issue is the time you have to spent sorting the issue that’s why I always insist the company should be able to tell the sellers that any one delays shipping or ignoring the orders should be banned from selling on aliexpress after all the company is making the profit of millions of dollars every hour they should be very strict.

Well Europe bad enough, ordered some stuff they says fast delivery for a while I thought they are going to send from UK infact they are based in Germany, this has been over a week so email them they said it can take up to 6 days excluding holidays bla bla bla they don’t realise our customers are sitting on top of our head and I am having a bad headache when they start nagging like wood packers.
