I have buy from fvdiobd.com , my experience is poor service and poor quality of products, at least on the ones I ordered, my advice is to stay away from them, men people see what they want

Very happy with Obdexpress!

A few months ago, I bought a tool on obdexpress.co.uk , they stated free shipping no tax.
Even before it arrived, i had to pay 55 euro taxes.

I mailed obdexpress service about this.
Within 48 hours they resolved it, and reimbursed me.
Why there were any taxes, do be payed afterwords, i dont know.

I have been a long term customer, and always had the best service and support from this company.

So i can recommend this company,

I've also been a long time customer, but they are not trustful any more... They say I will get free shipping with DHL, and send it by the slowest shipping. But the products are very good

I have had NO problems with vxdas.com. Great customer service as well. Quick response times. Offer support via teamviewer; always on Skype as long as their eyes are open!

Made a order from China today the Fedex shipping cost has doubled $140 for a 5Kg package
normally only 50/60 Dollars

are they taking the piss or has Fedex put there prices up ?

Sounds more like price has tripled. Better use DHL. Or for even cheaper price - DHL through 4PX.

hello everyone, I wanted to warn that the site www.cardiagtool.co.uk not recommend it to anyone.
1) they say they ship from the uk. (FAKE)
2) they say that the goods are not available in their UK warehouses so they will ship by "express" courier from china. (FAKE)
3) They will ship with Yanwen, I don't know if they are couriers or standard mails but in any case after almost 20 days the package left China with a much longer period of time than they were talking about.
4) bad assistance 5 or more days to tell you what? (Hi)
Now this is my first time that I purchased low quality products from these unprofessional BUFFONS and it will also be the last after this experience, unfortunately I was in a hurry to send a customer away (health compromised), fortunately I solved with official tools.
So dear friends, be careful where you buy from.

Expect will go up as less planes in the air
- when people travel the planes carry cargo from elsewhere. Now it's a special journey. whatever, higher costs to be expected in these times sadly

Yeah they all say ship from UK. I thought this was a better one since had trouble with UOBD2.

Sometimes the products are crap and that's what causes trouble. 5 days to be fair isn't long. Expect 1-2 weeks
