Fgtech Galletto 3 v53 PROBLEM !

Dear friends,
I got the new fgtech galletto 3 v53 chinese clone with usb dongle.
the install went fine and software running fine...

Yesterday i wanted to test it on a BMW 520d 2007 edc 16c35, could only get ecu info, NOT read dump or open file in the software ?
it did not work on k line or can, damm software refuses to read.....

Someone here that experience same thing ???

I have at the same problem with BMW 2007 3.0D X5 edc16c35, ID of ecu read ok, but can't read flash. Could you make foto of your fgtech pcb? I want compare it. Maybe someone know where is problem? My pcb here:

Hello.
Strange this probleM, and it should be an A product !...but still a chinese clone.
Software and all runs fine, driver also.

Could you look what is under C28 capacitor, they in bottom middle. I can't see what is in left side. In my pcb you can see like jumper...

Tomorrow morning iam gonna test in on Citroen c6 2.0hdi...see if it works.

But the strange thing about it, is that i can do ecu info on all cars, but not read or open file for writing !!!!!!
When i pusch read button, the box dont "clic"...like it does with ecu info...and when press open file button, nothing happens.

Well it is a china clone so what to expect.

Hello again...bad news !!
Just tried it on a Citroen c5 2.0 hdi siemens SID 803A ....can only do ECU DATA.....not read any car at all.

I just now try read Vauxhall Vivaro 2.0 cdti EDC16CP33/C36 by K-line read ok!

Very good !
I think mine is broken, only had it for 2 days...not working at all.

My box click when i do ecu data, but no click when trying to read....just say it?s reading ecu, but nothing happends.

How long you wait after push button "read"? I wait 30 sec after push button, then start read. Working little bit different like old fgtech v53.
