VAG COM issues

Dear sirs:
I recently purchased the following item: Vagcom tool 12.10
I want to make a complain because a secuence of errors appear on my computer, while I try to work with this program.
I'm showing you that errors:
At first, with this title: VCDSCOpen Controller, the sistem works very good.
When you click the following window called Program Option,and then `TEST?, it appears:
.......CAN : Not Ready.
When you clik ENGINE, after that, a new window can read car?data but a new message appears and the computer is blocked. The message error is: Too many communications errors to continue!

i think its not installed correctly

try change pC date to 1 January 2013! and try again!!!
