Skybox S11 Problem

I am trying to sort one for a friend. He had a line that kept logging off and then saying ko! in a loop.

I changed the line to one that I know is working as it is working in his F5s that I got him in another room.

This box is now doing the same thing again and in the same loop (I had it working for him last week)

Any solutions?
