Default Hyundai Accent '08 95910-1E900 25640 (95640?) need to clear

I tried clearing it, but the light comes back solid.
I don't have a scantool which can get codes from a hyundai (doh).
Also, I read it as ST95640... the eeprom reads 25640 but 95640 seemed like the best option.
If it helps, it was hit on the side and the side curtain deployed.
    Here's the dump.

I won't be able to clear the DTC--any suggestions? Otherwise, I'll have to go ask a friend to see if he's got Hyundai on his scantool...

    Thank you, again.

i can't pull codes because my scantool doesn't cover Hyundai's... so, i don't know for sure what is causing codes. As everything has been replaced (except the module), I'm hoping clearing crash data will do it. I'll post an update in the morning.
