Chances are that your 'myservices.xml' file on the DM500s needs to be edited. I used to have the stuff you mentioned before all the recent transponder changes but I managed to edit the 'myservices.xml' file on my DM500s so they now show up again.
pjmorie,i managed to to find myservice file....var>tuxbox>config>zapit and then click on myservice xml file.at this point im not sure what to do would you be so kind as to give me a dig out here please.
Do you use a program like Dreambox_Control_Center to transfer files to and from your DM500s?
yes m8 i do use Dcc
Ok then first copy your existing 'myservices.xml' to your PC and also make a copy of it just in case things go badly wrong.
I use Notepad++ to edit the files on my PC, as recommeneded by AL, as it keeps the formating correct.
Open the 'myservices.xml' file that you coppied to your PC with Notepad++
Chances are that you will already have some entries in this file for the BBCi, Sly Active and the BO channels.
I deleated all the entries for the BO channels and added the folowing lines instead.
I have also attached my version of the 'myservices.xml' file below. I had to add the .txt extension to get it to attach to the message but it's a .rar zipped file.
myservices.txt.rar

Send the upadted 'myservices.xml' file back to the box, overwriting the existing one, and hopefully the channels will show up in your Other bouquet or in the Astra 28.2. You can also add them to the Box Office Bouguet.

Thank's the update worked a treat, How did you find out the updated information? For future use...
feedback for TC, please...
Do ALL those channels clear? Or just two- previews and events? Coz I'm thinking 95% of them are now HD, so black screen and no sound on dm500..
