Any one do laser replacements on xbox 360 phat in leicester or nearby I get the disc unreadable error on my xbox.

They are not that hard to replace. But are your discs burnt ok? Poor burns wont work well especially with XDG3

Yes they should be I use image burn to burn them how do I check to see if burns are okay I has ihas drive.

What type of disks are you using? I only use verbatims and burn at slowest speed. If your other backups are working then probably isn't your laser. If it is just replace the whole drive so long as you can flash your new drive with the key from the old one.
