    There is traditional remedy which has been used for long time.. You only need milk and dates for that..Soak the handful of dates in milk and keep it in the refrigerator over night and eat in the morning..You will be able to see visible change within a month

    My friend gained that much weight. He ate 3 times a day. Now 5-6. It feeds only on chicken breast + eggs (3-5 per day). Buckwheat also consumes in large quantities. Almost does not eat very fat and sweet. He drank protein shakes for a month.
