    Default Skybox F5 Sound Goes Off For A Second ?

    I have a Skybox F5, the sound goes off for a second every now n again.
    any Ideas ?

    If you turn timeshift off it stops the audio drop out.

    I used to have it pretty bad until I replaced my USB stick with a powered external drive. I still get the odd drop out but not nearly as often.

    What does Timeshift do ?
    I have a powered external drive connected

    So its either have the odd second sound drop out but with the pause/play feature or lose this feature & have perfect sound.

    Its one of those odd ones. Some people report that with a powered drive all is good, but I definitely get some drop out from time to time. Try disabling timeshift and see if it helps?

    hi, try using 720P_50Htz by pressing v-format on your remote, you will have to press few times till it comes round as it goes from sequence 576P >480P and so on.. let me know how you get on
