Default Dish not moving on skybox f3

Hi guys, first of all i wanna let u know that i am a total newbie in this thing. Always relying on the technician doing all the setup/installation although i do understand some of the technical thing.

So my problem first started when I want to flash a new channel list which resulting a boot loop after restart. After a successful flash through the null modem, i am left with a factory setting of the skybox f3.

After flashing all the channel list i required, i soon found out that the dish does not move automatically like before. Even after entering the local longitude & latitude the dish still does not moved when switching between satellites.

Any ideas to fix this? any tips is appreciated. Thanks

BTW the skybox f3 is connected through a yuri diseqc 1.2

Yeah tried that already. But still cant.

Someone in the forum seems suggesting to realign with nearby sats and resetting the reference point at the motor.

    Will that help?

if the dish has not been moved i'm sure you don't have to do that

in the sats list are all the sats ticked on the left side

check the motor has power from the receiver, get on a ladder and use the manual buttons on the motor, this will rule out the possibility of either a faulty motor or a lack of power

Read the Rules here; they apply to Everyone.
