Over the past 12 months I been back to 4-5 jobs, and all have the same problem, the lock button stops working.
I've tried reflashing and reprogramming them, but the lock button is still faulty.
If it was the odd one I could live with it, but I'm now wondering if these have an underlying problem and I'm going to be returning to more in the future.
Anyone else had similar issues.

did you test the button? tried resoldering the chips?

i use a lot off them with no problem till now...

No signal or LED flash
I went to another NB11 this morning, not one that I supplied, exactly the same problem as the others, lock button stops working.
One common factor I have realised with all these remotes, they were all supplied for commercial vehicles (mainly Peugeot/Citroen) and all were for builders, so they have all had some heavy usage.
The ones I have supplied for normal usage, ie courier, electrician, plumber etc and domestic vehicles are all still working.
So I would suggest if you are supplying to any builders you halve your warranty, as they treat their keys no different from the rest of their tools.

I'm trying to program a remote on Yaris 2009.
I tried a good few starting with 89071-0D030.
Manual procedure original one goes in no problem. Keydiy locks cycle twice and not accept the remote.
Any idea why or what remote to use?
