    Default mercedes vito fault codes advice needed please

    hi there, i got called to 2 merc vitos today- vito 1 the key sucks in and steering unlocks and the engine swings but not start, the fault codes are fault1- 9003-mechanical fault of n26/5 esl fault during locking and unlocking, fault2- 9004 control unit n26/5 esl module is defective and the vito no2 the key does not suck in but dash comes on and I hear like a relay clicking sound but steering lock does not release or turn, the fault codes are fault 9003- mechanical fault of n26/5 esl control module fault during locking and unlocking, fault 900a interior can bus low line has open circuit and fault 9100- engine canbus -can bus off and fault 9102 engine canbus, no can message ecu, fault 9105 engine can bus no message from control unit n15/5 electronic selector lever module, I have just got full avdi so still learning , is there anything I could try before sending them to dealer, thanks and kind regards to all

    hi mercis, hoping to revive this thread with same problem. vito 2005 model 115 cdi, key does not suck in and does not turn either. how can you confirm if its eis or esl fault. no spare key
