    Cool XP desktop Cube



    Is anyone using the Desktop Cube?
    Is it worth to have it in my computer? it looks cool man.

    I used it once similler on linux Ubuntu but it's just an eye candy! some like it and some prefer the old, flat, boring, simple desktop such as my desktop!

    yea i have that on my pc mate , it allows u to have 6 virual desktops , here a pic

    that actually looks quite smart, i only thought u got that with linux where can ye get the xp version?

    had it installed both on xp and ubuntu, looks really good, but tbh i only ever use it to show off, dont really need more than 1 desktop myself. i can see how it can be usefull if you do actually use muliple desktops. ubuntu cube is way better in my opinion, has a lot more customisation options

    If you dont currently use virtual desktops then you have no need for it, and it will only slow your system down. I've played with all sorts of crap like this but in the end allways remove it, and resort to a simple, minimalistic desktop which runs quick.
