X6/V8 Key Code Cutting Machine

I can find HU162 x8 profile to cut only one axle position from CodeMaster. I have key blade data dimension for HU162 x9 so just need to input into the software. X6 should cut properly on a original machine fixture like Miracle do. Problem is that both machines don't have data to cut Axis 2 with blade adapter. Cutting machine SEC-E9 can cut this key profile all way round.

Have some replacements as well but last time that error was coming up I just pressed down on the sensor hard to try and close the gap area and error went away.

Anyone bought a replacement clamp for one of these? Will this one work if I take the clamp part and rails from the outer part? Heard that production on these has stopped and soon wont be able to get them any more.

Have you sort it yet? Those sensors I believe are very simple thing and should not damage itself. Try to open machine and clean from metal waste from cuting, check visually and move all by hand watching sensors area then calibrate the machine. Let me know.

Has any one tried making a profile to cut a kwikset key. The KW1 style. I'd like to get one made if someone can help me.

Here. Can use without single side adapter. Use the screws to clamp key and put tip to 5th slot, eyeball the key straight going down. You will probably have to adjust key center setting in code master down to get proper cut levels, everyone's machine is a bit different, -35 worked good for me, smooth turns. Unpack to your codemaster folder where the keys are stored.

I'm also interested in the HU100 X10 Cut version. Not sure if anyone has perfected it.
