Try attached immo self learning file

and then connect pin-4 to pin-13 for 35 min or reset through your device

Hello friend
the led off means that the key registered in IMMO , and pin-4 to pin-13 will connect after that for 35 min , and then car ready to start.
or reset the ECU through your OBD2 programmer , and use the IMMO new file , then key will register in both ECU and IMMO , and car ready to start.
but actually not sure about your ECU file.

I think your ECU NUMBER IS 89661-6A330 and I found a thread as your ECU and IMMO number and found a some different between ECU files. anyway I attached it for you so , you can reprogram your IMMO and ECU and then bridge pin-4 to pin-13 after led off. good luck

SOLVED for now
left in the immo original file, and the ECU virgin dump ,
and then connect pin 4 to pin-13 for 35 min at OBD
immo led off, flashes abs, belt, airbag,, slope, etc.
After 35 min auto shut down and moved briquettes car is turned on!

IMMO problem on a car am modifying (Fitting a 1kd engine).

Am doing some modification on an old hilux, changing the old 2.4l diesel to a 1kd engine. I have the Ecu supplied and wont start. Dtc B2799. Ecu has Ra57 eeprom. Sent to a guy who does the magic and he messed up. So I think this time I will do it myself. Whatever bin is written on chip is no good. corrupted. The Ecu no. is 89661-6A330. Board is 175722-666*.
Kindly assist me with an IMMO off file bin.
