    ON TOPIC:-

When your driving down the road singing 'do wah diddy dum diddy day' just as your tapping your fingers and shuffling your feet does it say on dashbaord "CHECK ERRECTION" or something?

Can you get either live later on screen drive get fault to occur study fuel pressure only.

AND/OR attatch a volt meter to the FPR and get some dummy to watch it drive down road see if it has a minimum/maximum - use powerprobe III (TM) think.

Sounds like one injector letting go.

    Hi Meat-Head!

Not really sure what to think about that comment???

Anyway, what you have suggested is what I have done and posted picture of it on my first post...
And like I said, and you can see if you look at the pictures is that the fuel pressure drops indeed below the pressure needed so the car goes on idle, know because the car stalls at that point the "requested pressure", or "Rail Pressure Setting" as Renault call it drops as well, obviously.

Now, what makes the pressure to drop when the engine is spouse to go on idle that is what I'm trying to find.
Like I said already, it only happens if I rev it above 4k, and under load, now what genius76 said it might make sense, when I rev it that hard the pressure reaches the limit and there is a possibility that the over pressure valve opens, and maybe does not close fast enough and as the revs drop the pressure drops as well, but cause keeps dropping goes below the minimum and the engine stalls.
Thank you genious76 for the hunch.
Thank you Meat-Head for the comment.

Next I will swap the rail, and will see if that resolves the problem.
    Will report back the results.

    Hit Thanks if helped you!

    Hi

Thank you all for the help...
The problem has been solved... just now had the time to feedback.
The problem was the pump, replaced with the original one and all ok!

Merry Christmas and happy new year to you all!
