Dont try another coil pack or ecu without finding the problem, I repair these all day long, if you replace either without findin the cause you could damage the new part in seconds.

If the ecu is dammaged it needs to be checked to find out the cause, the most common cause of ecu failure on this engine is from a faulty coil and a new coil must be fitted at the same time if the ecu is replaced.
