Passat 3c ELV

Hello! I am going to change the ELV of a vw passat 2006. I have the pin but...i dont know the procedure to adaptation. Someone knows if it posible with vcds .

Leave channel at "00"
[Read]
[Save]
[Done, Go Back]
[Security Access-16]
Enter the vehicle PIN in a 5 digit format.
[Do it!]
[Adaption - 10]
Read Channel 051.
The Stored Value will be 32000. Enter the PIN in the New Value box.
[Test]
Wait | N/A | N/A | N/A Will be displayed. Wait until the ID numbers
are transferred into the first 2 boxes. If you aren't sure, be patient
and wait at least 30 seconds!
[Save] (Note: if Save is not available and the data in the last step has
transferred continue by exiting)
[Done, Go Back]

hi , i need some help!
i have respected above procedure but something is vent wrong... the ID number was not transfered in first 2 boxes, nothing i have waiting about 10 minutes!
now when i try again to "test" pin on chanell 51 i get "wait " for short time and the "not ok"... and i have this error in immo (25) : 02822 Electronic Steering Column Lock Incorrectly Installed
