1. maybe someone knows how to make or were to buy BDM to CMD adapter?
2. Were to buy BDM EVC (not CMD) Bosch adapter?

don't wanted to open new thread.
When you will buy cheap adapters, they will come with pins separate, for example like this offer:

So you have to solder the pins to the adapters.
Does anyone know how many pins needs every adapter?

Only to look at the lines of the pcb?
Maybe you can help me out with this four adapters: Bosch, Marelli, Delphi and Siemens.
