R270 don't need activating just enter any letter for serial and it works

this is when istalling software i do this and this r270 works but after one week cp2101 is burn - short circuit from 5v to ground , i replace it but after that when i connect software read hardware but give me the message : Software not active need actice and noting more . I buy new long time ago and work ok but want to repair this china shit .
