    hi friend, i have read and write this ecu and, question is...tprot or not?

    is only edc17 u01 or TPROT8/10

    number 1039xxxxxx on alu label in not SW number.
    SW number is always 1037xxxxxx.

    03G906013K_2940_0281014883_1037395434 have tc1766 with TP active

    as you can see i write the same number you have on the label, therefore your ecu have tp active

    Hi
    Normally, edc17u01 can read-write in obd without problem, tprot level is low.
    If ecu have Tprot8/10, you need read pass before read in boot.
    You can read-write this ecu in ob without problema Tprot level is low, very low.
