    ok all

im told by the factory that there will be some new updates on condor tonight/tomorow

The VA2-eh2 issue on the tip cuts for the clio3 and 1234Q5678H series will be made on friday correcting the cutting issues of these .

the renault card issues im told are due to key thickness , the original key im told is 3mm thick , where all aftermarket keys are 2mm to 2.3mm thick , this is why the probe is snapping on the clamp , they will release a clamp like the silca L clamp that silca use to combat this issue shortly , or you can use a silca clamp to cure the issue or any spacer that raises key to 3mm for now.
it seems that the vast majority of our key suppliers must be using aftermarket blanks if the factory are correct , i have 3 OEM locks with keys here and each oem key the blade is 3mm thick , i have 24 blanks in stock bought from 3d group and from china and all are 2.3mm thisck , so they may well be correct .

they will release soon an adaptor that like the silca L adaptor will raise the key to be at the 3mm key height which will cure the probe snapping issue , i tested a key using my silca adaptor and it cut fine without breaking probe so it looks like a permenent fix is iminent for this one .

    latest update tool attached

I'd pass on the x6 someone local to me has one and it never calibrates properly and has needed a few repairs despite little use.
The Condor whilst not perfect is 100x better in my opinion. My Condor was supplied by ZLS Tech through there Aliexpress store (obd2tool.co.uk are the same company) and I cant fault them.

Can someone tell me the total height of condor machine with guard up (limited height in my van from worktop), also is there brackets provided to bolt machine down in van. If not how are you guys attaching condor to bench in van??

60cm would clear the guard fully up, you could get away with around 50cm as you dont need to raise the guard up fully, theres no plate but theres 4 rubber feet held with bolts you can get longer bolts and secure it with them

although you might block your view of the screen at 50cm as 50 is the top of the machine
