condor seems a bit hacked together software wise and like the redesign of the jaws, but seems solid enough build, and I can't see them dropping updates when they are linking option in VVDI and bmw multi-tool with the cutter

I personally dont hold much faith in the long term updates in Miracle machines anymore with them dropping the a5 and creating too many different versions, but they have released the new A9 software and added it to instacode.

So its a hard one, right now if I could only have 1 machine it would have to be the A9, but if I didn't have any machine I think I'd want Silca Futura and condor as a workhorse on common cheap jobs

or me , i like condor alot , i also like my miracle A6 alot , but if i had to choose just one machine then id stick with my silca viper , this has been a solid workhouse , its been on van for 8 years cut well over 16000 keys and is still as good as new .

condor is a great machine at price , but will never replace silca despite having its uses.

you can remove the feet to reduce the height a fraction, you could use it but the viewing angle wont be brilliant, you can easy make out high contrast buttons etc like black and white on key type selection but a lot of buttons are hard to make out at that angle but doable.

in the worse case you could always get a small camera and lcd or tablet etc to get a better look if you wanted to.

I've just poped the top off and theres 2x 5 pin connectors for the 2x side buttons and 1x connector for the screen which is a standard pc ide cable type so if you really wanted you could get a long ide cable and remove the screen and mount it at the side and have the cable come out where the screen is.

Whatever seems impossible is just not yet important enough.

Mine is doing the same thing. I have yet to try 'direct cut', I wonder if it would do the shoulder correctly, they still work, in the door at least, so maybe the tip isn't as important?

i cut alot of keys for customers , not as many as i used to since cut to code machines have dropped in price as more have their own machines now , and i used to cut alot of overlifters but again since the lishi 2in1 these have all but dried up now , but these customers over the years paid for my machines and the ones that remain provide me with a good side income

some tibbe pictures random bitting (241321) took around 7 mins 15 seconds (angle is slightly to one side due to me rushing and not putting it in 100% flat)

to be fair it looks better in person, but they do need to change it so that it cuts in 2 passes to get the correct width rather than having one 1.5mm cut to remove the silly lips on each cut

this wouldn't take much extra time at all and look far better
