I sent all details already, cut number 4 cuts to deep mainly on one side, a few people here have said the same. It may still work but looks ugly and no self respecting person could give their customer the key like that.

I think cutting all cuts with the cutter 0.05mm higher up would still work and should solve the problem.

or maybe just cut number 4 0.05mm higher

or just the one side that cuts deeper 0.05mm higher.

    Which ever works best.

i have tested, maybe you haven't put the key in the same direct horizontal line, you can see the condor xc-007 tested cutting photo.
the upstairs key→the origin key,the downstairs key→condor XC-007 cutting key
and the cut number 4 is ok,all cuts is ok if you keep the clamp Rotate to a fixed position.

Just select the car make and the corresponding key blade signature (for Ford tibbe) and it will go in to tibbe mode.

    please show a bigger picture.

also a few people have said he same issue as me, it is in the correct position - if you rotate the other way it would cut the other side too much also.

The only difference could be the cutter - I do not see anywhere where you sell the cutter made for the condor - please post a decent picture of the cutter and where to buy the same cutter as you

Can someone please upload the update tool and drivers I have downloaded the updated tool in post 53 when I open it it say this application has failed to start because FTD2XX.dll was not found reinstalling the application may fix this problem. Also when I connect to the computer it wants drivers for the key machine.
    Thanks

Do you mean the proper 1.5mm & 2.5 mm cutters?

you can not use 1.5mm as they haven't programmed it to do 2 passes to cut the correct 2.2mm width.

2.5 is just too big even if it works I dont want some ugly key.

I think they said it works ok with 2mm but I want a picture of the key cut with the condor and details of the cutter that cut it so I can test it.
