Your file is not patched. Can not by activate.
I know Russian but I am using a google translator. Simply translate the site into English or other (yours) language.

thanks Mario6 ,opened the link and used google translator ,i did a read up and sent emails to the links provided for activation. I have come to believe that the software and vci that i have purchased is a china replica..Would you have a link to downloading the proper software?.Thanks!

There is everything on the page I have given you and which you have translated. You do not have to ask anyone for activation. You need to review this page more carefully (there are SW, FW KG and others). What software do you want to activate? I tried to activate SW 2013.3.
I can help you, but you must write what SW you want to activate. (2013.3, 2015.3, 2014.2, 2014.3 or 2016.0)
