Gear Head I have the same file probably mine and there is absolutely know way to covert .bd (bully dog) file in to fls. to completley different formats. maybe if it was a .bin dump.
The only reason that file exists is because someone hooked up a new bully dog, to a truck with the tune already done to the ecm and pulled.
Very simple to do and reuse the file with bullydog.

    1. Copy the ECM replacement file of the ECM with the DPF delete already done to it. With CAT ET.
    2. Hook up your new bully dog heavy duty gt tuner to the truck and pull the orginal files of the truck ( which would be the DPF Delete).
    3. Save the files you pulled on to your pc.
    4. Go to new ecm with caterpillar et insert copied ecm replacement file.
    5. hook up bully dog to new ecm you want to install dpf delete on and re install original files.
    6. your done have fun and be safe.

I am no way responsible for any issues with your motors.

I found out that fls is really not the format of the file . The real question is what format is the file in.
