Openbox is now Looping?????

My box ws stuck on Load and I did ( Recover dead box through RS232) After Burning 100% the box is now stuck in reboot mode from Load through to L001 right up to L090-L093-L095-L097 and back to LoadWhat has happened people? I used the following and it worked first time. But after eprom upgrade did the burn, its looping. It wont go to L100.

The other eeprom upgrade kept giving me stb target error......Please help.........Im watching re-runs of Vampire Diaries on my PC now..........

I take it this is a bad - wrong or corrupt software problem?

I doubt it will do anything, but try removing the lnb cable
If that doesn't work, Your box might be a clone and thus needs different firmware

You have loaded the wrong firmware
do you have a backup of the box before it crashed

If not what box is it ????

Got it of amazon a long time ago. Now its blank display but I can still flash it. What do I do to fix it? I tried anonymousSX which was on it when it came to me and is still blank.

I now have 2 of the same boxes blank displays....................

When you say its blank, can you get the menus on the screen or do you mean you can still flash using the upgrade tool.

Nothing on screen or box osd, but it allows me to dump or flash the stbs.....


I recall the original firmware was anonymous and it said 360HD.ABS or similar......

If there is nothing on the screen or the box lcd how is it allowing you to "dump or flash" you need to see the menus to dump or upgrade by usb.

I have done an F3 today that was stuck on load.

The attached file is the loader and the 3601 abs file is in there to.

No....My stbs were stuck on Load after a corrupt flash. I then flashed again recently with rs232-null to recover dead box and got the looping, then reflashed and now nothong on the screen, but eeprom upgrade allows me to work with the stbs with no hassle. Ya get me now??

Yes. See the edited post above. I have done one today with the same problem. The abs file is clean. ie. no channel list.

Also/...Do I do upgrade first or dump? Which file do I load first?

EDIT...Once it says 100% burnt, what do I do...Power of the box at the back and back on, remove the Null lead? Whats the step after the flashing?

Wrong software wont send the right signals to the display. The anonnomous software was for the s10. Never seen one for the F3 by anonnomus.

Dont put that software on until we establish what you have.

Thanks a lot you guys....My head was pounding there. I got it working with the above firmware and files posted by DW190 and I wouldnt have got the help if P&D hadn't have put his 2 cents in as well.
