SOLUTION FOR NEWER EZS AND ESL WITH NEC INSIDE.

Read EIS then press "Get EZS password"in order to do so you will need IR reader. When you have a key pass you can Virgin EIS by inserting IR reader to it.Then you proceed with manual.Yes I know AVDI's manual is really vauge.

Has anyone used the Simon Touch OBD option to connect and write to an EIS successfully? I am getting a USB error and Serial Number Not Found error. Application validates license fine, but it will not connect to car, or think the OBD cable is actually present.

Hey mates,,,, as for avdi ,, im trying to make an ESL EMULATOR for w204 ,,

1) I read FBS/DAS data + PASSWORD ok ,,,
2) connect emulator on car
3) Read emulator ok ,, VIN : 00000000000000
4) Click Personalize and i get a fault saying EZS should first be not activated and then i must personalize ESL ! Should i make EZS virgin? Like clicking the virgin button????! After that the 3 working keys will work again?!

I'm talking with support too ,,, but i'm in a kinda hurry and i'm not getting any fast responses today

I dont know about AVDI, but with most tools you when you Virginise EIS, you need to write saved data with password back, then personalize ESL then activate

Read the eis over obd, save data, read coding and save it too. Then make it virgin, yes.

Personalise the esl emulator on it and write back the readed eis data that you got first, then coding and youre done.

Yes all keys will work agai but you have to insert them first in the eis to get synced again

Done these steps:

1) Read EZS + Password all ok and save on folder
2) Put ESL emulator on car
3) Click VIRGIN EZS and make ezs new
4) Click Personalize ESL ,,,, now it says DONE !! ESL EMULATOR PERSONALIZED
5) Go to EZS ,,, click PERSONALIZE with old files i saved ,,,,, click WRITE CODING (says written but with some ERRORS !)
6) Put keys one by one in EZS and initialize ,,,,, and now DASHBOARD comes ALIVE !!! But car no start

I've tried everything ,,, NO DTC ,,, dash open ok ,,, car no start ! EZS activated , personalized ,,,, but on the top it says EZS is neutralized

i think there is MCU mask: 0L01Y, no problem to read MCU eeprom with R270, VVDI Prog or other tools...
