Eeprom you must write in small blocks, flash is written in big chunks, thus saving time when storing/erasing large ammounts of data.Eeprom and flash is technically the same, all are non-volatile memory.Main difference is in writing and accessing.

Only flash...You can look at flash as one BIIIIIIIIIG eeprom, memory wise. You will see the size of dump you get from 29F400,it is 512Kb.

The main difference from eprom and flash is not size....

Eprom memory contents can be changed each byte independantly, at any time, for lifetime of eprom. Mainly used in applications where data is constantly/live changing.
Flash memory isbasically one-time prorammable, and you cant reprogram it "on-top" of the old data, however it is erasable, so when erased we can rewrite it...

Flash is NOT one biiiiig eprom.......

Then why eeprom is not used in RAM?RAM is constantly changing...Flash certanly is not OTP...You can rewrite old data but in chunks...
