Insignia key prog OP-COM 2014

Hi I am having an issue with key programming on insignia,
I entered the key code to the BCM and it did the countdown from 10 mins, then once counted down it stayed at please wait screen for a long time........

So I stopped procedure and started again, now security wait time (10 min) is 00.00 and says please wait and still nothing...

BCM fault shows no security code programmed, still accepted by the controller still. I don't know what else to do. This job is very far from my home so would like to try fix ASAP
