Astra G PSG 16C3 pin code

Engine ecu 0 281 011 055 Astra G 2.0 DTI Y20DTH PSG16C3 original ecu not comunicate. Replacement ecu readed dump from ecu and i think that pin code is 0315 (file attached). But pin code is not accepted. I guess that security wait time is LONG but with OPCOM in messauring blocks in engine ecu in fields Immobilzer programmed and Sec.Wait Time stand ---. With Tech 2 not possible to enter in diagnose.
Any suggestion what to do next?
File is readed with Carprog which is not recognize pin code, only mileage and VIN.

do you have CAN related DTC's?
...did you change VIN code, if not it is from Astra G and pin is correct 0315...

New (used) electronic is from same Bosch number and from Astra, no CAN related dtc-s. I will try to repair original electronic, this used one i am return to seller.
