P0603 internal control module keep alive memory(KAM) error
in this memory the ecu store all what he learn from all sensor's engine(egr dpf maf ....ect)
when you disconnect batery this memory is areased
so, you have to restore to zero all adaptations with a diagnostic interface
then drive the car on road (50km), to let the ecu store the new engine adaptations , so the KAM will not be empty
    and finaly ,arease the dtc
    hope it will help you

removing dtc will not take your ecu out of limp mode.
