Question skybox f5 channels in alphabetical order

Hi, I put my channels in alphabetical order and the old ball and chain isn't happy. I've tried to get them back to the order they were in and i've hit a wall, no idea how to do it.

Can anyone please tell me how I do it please.

    Thank you.

Installing the channel list again might do it, or if your list is AJ's or sattv5's, then you could apply "factory settings".

To apply factory settings, go to menu > tools > factory settings. A message will appear to to say that it will erase the channels. Select Yes. A pop-up menu will appear with options to erase other files. DO NOT SELECT ANY OF THESE. Press the blue button on remote. Wait a few seconds for the data to be saved.

Put the box into standby & then back to ON. (you have to do this first, otherwise the changes you make below will not stick).

There are other menu options which may have been reset...

DHCP will be reset to OFF
Local time setting back to original firmware default (Taiwan, German etc.)
    Subtitles back to ON
Network Local Settings hidden (press 6666)
PIN might have been reset to 0000 (not sure about this, as I never change it).
    Sound volume set to midway.
