Strange AXR EDC15P ECU??

Hi all,
I had a strange experince with AXR ECU EDC15P from Skoda Octavia .
Read with MPPS and after two weeks write mod file. Before write I read once again ori file.
After write, engine don't start, VAG COM mesage 'no ecu comunication'
Try to write old ori file, don't work, same mesage.Try to write old ori file in slow mode, same thing,allways no ECU Id.Disconect battery,and can write the old ori file in slow mode but engine don't start.
Once again disconect battery and manage to write the new ori file(read 5 minutes befero writing the mod file)in slow mode and engine start, all OK.
What could be, between ori files read at differrent time are differences.
