w220 EZS No Terminal 50

Hi,
Can someone please help with this EZS 2155450608 i am trying to repair,
Intermittently the vehicle will not crank, if you turn the key quickly it cranks, slowly then no crank, I have dismantled the EZS and cleaned the optical sensor as there seems to be no contact switch for terminal 50 just a optical sensor input, I can't get terminal 50 output on the bench as i assume it needs the esm to be connected ? is this correct ?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Bad data in ECU ,forget EZS ... make ECU virgin and adapt with Star, or if is diesel , make it auto sync,

edit - i see now is 220 itought is 210 ,can be other things.. sorry
