epg not downloading

I cant seem to download my epg on my vu solo 2 original running latest vix image, think ive got crossepg set up correct, tried download manually and tried letting it do the automatic download but neither worked

thanks that working as in crosspg selected update rytec providers and update xepgdb providers then went xepgdb providers and selected repacked uk ones saved then downloaded epg and all back to normal thanks for help
