z16se EGR off
Hi mates
I need egr off in this opel. Is an Opel Astra G 1.6 with Z16se engine. Could anyone help me? Thanks in advance

Ok, then repair your ecu,not easy job...work with alusol for joints

If you have problem inside of the ECU, soon will be a problem with another actuator or sensor etc. Originally Posted by zevi36

thats true, because the first problem was in the trothle pedal, that haven?t 5v in one of his cables, and I feed with 5v, and 1 month later the problem is this. Originally Posted by bobolin4o

With CarProg you can read and reset the PIN code.
With OP-Com you can synchronise Immo and ECU.
With Global TIS you must flash the ECU with propper SW.
That's in short...NO PASSWORDS FOR ANYONE, EXCEPT THE RECIPIENT OF THE FILE !!!
If your PM box is full, clean it right now...
Otherwise, your requested file will be deleted... for ever!

thanks, I just synchronise and all is ok, the engine star and egr problem dissapear, but now the air conditioner don?t work and P1540 is in memory, with old one there is no problem with air conditioner. Maybe this ecu have this problem or could be a programation problem, What do you think? Originally Posted by bobolin4o

I copy the flash memory of the old ecu in the new one and now all problems are desappear, so the air conditioner problem was in the configuration of the new ecu.
