Toyota Prius 2nd Gen & Techstream "AVDI"

Hi guy's need help to add a spear key "used" have only tagkeytool & techstream . I tried techstream with avdi many time but no success..always give me error like "unaccepted "
story is customer was lost all key's month ago & now he have a working key "some other locksmith guy here make for him" after a month he find his original key & want to add ! what is procedure to add this old key or it is possible or need new key or please can you tell me which tool is good for Japanese car only for Toyota for Asian region ? much appreciate any help ..Thanks.

U will need to reset immo again by obd.

this car any tool can reset ( but maybe not techstream, techstream might need code ), even the orange dongle ( USD10 ) will reset within seconds.

after reset, immo will enter into auto learning mode, just need to insert the key and car will start.

to close learning mode, insert the programmed key, in and out 5 times.

Thanks a lot mate .. Can you suggest a good proper tool better then "orange dongle" for OBD ? I have only techstream this time.

So many tools can do this job, like MVP clone, X100, CK100 etc...
