Hi

I have a UK Vitz 2007 model which has had all the keys lost.

The key and certification ECU replaced with used items.

The key works (locks/unlocks the doors) there is ignition and the green light comes on BUT car won’t crank or the steering does not unlock.

‘DTC B2288 - Steering lock unlock waiting time over’ is in the main body ECU.

I have read many post with you guys reprogramming used units back to virgins.

I believe this maybe my issue.

How do I this?
What tools do I need to get these files?
As an alternative can I try to force on the ignition and try programming the key only after reinstalling the old certification ECU?

Can you help me with prius all keys lost? This is dumps from transmission and smart units. As far as i know i need virginize that.
