I virginized id box, now ignition is always on, tried to match ID CodeBox and Steering Lock got successful message but nothing changed, cant turn off ignition, cant start, no dtc codes

I would go with another steering lock.

Check the dtc in BCM.

hi all
i have a problem with a toyota rav4 2008 keyless. the car came to the garage with keless system not working its start only when u put the key near the start botton, so i trien to reprograme the key with avdi abrites i follow the procedure but its stops when the progrqme ask to put the key in the seat .
the car is totally dead no ignition
atached all files
immo box 93c46+ smart box 93c86

Check door receiver controller and its harness three wires to smart ecu and one ground. located possibly at rear pillar.
